Base platform fee — a per-member, per-month model that scales with the size of your attributed population.
% of upside
Nightingale participates in a share of the savings the ACO generates. When you beat your benchmark and drive real performance, Nightingale shares in the upside.
+ Incremental by tier
Tier 2 and Tier 3 add scope — embedded personnel, administrative functions — priced case-by-case. Add-ons can be structured as pass-through staffing cost, fixed fees, and/or outcomes-aligned components.
